For more than 30 years, Rick has gained invaluable financial experience and the loyalty of a variety of client families. Being invited to his clients’ weddings, graduations, retirement parties, and funerals are honors he considers to be his career’s greatest achievements.
Rick continues a lifelong commitment to teaching and mentoring. A former player, coach, and official, he believes that success is a natural result of discipline applied daily.
Rick and his wife, Toni, have been married for more than 40 years. Their sons, Eric and Breton, joined the Bonnette Wealth Management Group and have helped the team grow, having brought on their wives, Emily and Victoria. Rick earned a B.S. from West Chester University and an M.E. from University of Oklahoma.
Breton joined The Bonnette Group, now known as the Bonnette Wealth Management Group, in 2006. He focuses on risk management strategies and income-generating strategies to help clients plan for retirement.
Breton attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. In addition, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation, which he leverages to help clients create a steady stream of income during their retirement years. In 2018, he was named to Forbes’ “America’s Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisors,” and in 2019, he was named to Forbes’ “Best-in-State Next Generation Wealth Advisors.”1
Breton earned a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania. An avid runner and soccer enthusiast, he lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Emily, and their two children.

A former attorney, Eric joined the team in 2010. His focus extends beyond investment planning to address the retirement income needs of clients and to build risk management strategies designed to create lasting implications for his clients’ family members. He also serves business owners by evaluating their retirement plan choices, helping to coordinate succession plans, and often coordinating with his clients’ other trusted professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and lending specialists.
Eric earned a JD from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and a B.A. from The College of William & Mary, where he competed as a member of the cross country and track teams. He is an avid runner and has completed seven marathons, including a best time of 2:29 in the Rome Marathon. He lives in Haddonfield with his wife, Victoria, and their two children. He serves on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Burlington and Mercer Counties and serves on both the finance and family services committees.
Edward began his investment industry career in 2011 and joined the Bonnette Wealth Management Group in 2017. He helps organize and manage the financial affairs of a select group of families, retirees, corporate executives, business owners, and non-profit organizations in the area. His goal is to streamline and bring understanding to clients through education.
Edward is dedicated to his own ongoing professional knowledge to help him perform at the highest possible level, understand market changes, and present clients with new opportunities. He earned an MBA in International Business from Strayer University and holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation.
Larry joined the Bonnette Wealth Management Group in 2019. As a long-term client of the team, he brings a unique perspective to clients by sharing his experience regarding the depth and breadth of our wealth management services and how our investment strategies have served him over the years.
Larry is a 32-year veteran of the Engineering & Construction Industry. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and other multinational, publicly traded firms, including Fluor Corporation, AECOM (formerly URS), and Tetra Tech, Inc. Throughout the years, he served in increasing roles of responsibility and has been a member of the Office of the Chairman for several firms. He has lived internationally and has worked on six continents, performing work for the following industries: Power (Nuclear and Fossil Fuel), Energy Waste & Renewables, Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Plastics, Pharmaceuticals, Mining & Metals, and U.S. Government agencies (Doe, DoD and USAID).
Larry lives in Gloucester Township with his wife, Roseann, and is the proud father of three adult children. When not working, Larry is involved in philanthropic activities, including his church, St. Charles Borromeo Parish, where he serves on the pastoral council.
Emily joined the team in 2015 after serving five years in the healthcare industry. Her organizational and administrative skills are put to the test every day, acting as the “point person” for clients and helping to streamline the team’s efficiency in serving their account-related needs.
Emily earned a B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. Her passions include travel, dance, and soccer. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Breton, and their two kids.
Victoria began her investment industry career in 2011 and joined the Bonnette Wealth Management Group in 2015. Prior to Stifel, she worked for Merrill Lynch. She focuses on implementing retirement income planning, insurance, and long-term care strategies that were developed by one of the financial advisors. Additionally, she serves as a liaison between clients, team members, and the firm’s specialists to broaden and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Victoria earned B.S. in Finance from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Outside the office, she enjoys family time with her husband, Eric, and their young children, as well as spending time at the beach, reading, and cooking (including what many consider an awesome pierogi).
Denise joined the team in 2018 after a long career in development as a director and officer at organizations such as Please Touch Museum and Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation. She is primarily responsible for planning and scheduling client seminars and webinars. She is passionate about helping others as she seeks to deliver the best client experience possible on a daily basis.
Denise lives in Oaklyn, New Jersey, with her husband and three children. She is active in her local community, where she is a member of the board of education of Oaklyn Public School District, the school board liaison to the Oaklyn PTA, and a troop leader for Girl Scouts.
